Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within the United States. At this time we don't offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all US orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after that. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order link in our menu, or the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@pawmorie.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Reach out within 2 days at info@pawmorie.com with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Products

Are your products safe for my pet?

We choose products with pet safety in mind. As with any product, supervise your pet during play and check that sizing suits their weight and breed — sizing details are listed on each product page.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists dimensions and, where relevant, recommended pet weight. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Often, yes. Email us about a specific item and we can let you know if it's returning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Checkout is secure.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at info@pawmorie.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
